Doing yoga on Stockholm’s waters gives you a feeling of weightlessness. Instead of working on top of a yoga mat inside, you will have a SUP-board in the calm channels outside Långholmen as your space. We work through different poses, all on an individual level. You will also be invited to try relaxing on the still water. We allow the nature to surround us as we explore our insides.
During the summer of 2021 we offer two different SUP-yoga classes.
60 min SUP-Yoga in still waters
During this SUP-yoga course we will mainly keep close to Långholmen. We will only take a few strokes to create a circle on the water, were we spend the next 60 minutes. When we are done, we simply cruise back towards Långholmen kajak without using the paddle. This course is for those who only wishes to try out SUP-yoga but are not interested in paddling. You can be everything between a used paddler, yogi or even a complete beginner.

90 min floating Yoga
We begin and finish this course in Tantolunden, which gives you the opportunity to get roughly 30 min of paddling and the 60 min of yoga. You can be a used paddler, yogi or even a beginner.

Time: Saturdays 10:00-11:30

For all SUP-yoga classes this applies:
• Number of participants: Max 10, minimum 4
• Maximun weight 130 kg
• Knowing how to swim is required
Be at the starting location 10 minutes before the class starts
