At Långholmen kayak you can order goods through our channels; website, phone and email. You can also visit our showroom at Hornsgatan 151 in Stockholm.

We reserve the right for any printing errors.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT. In the cart you will see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments.

Payment

In case of card payment, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are accepted.

Invoice and partial payment
In cooperation with Klarna, Långholmen kayak offers both invoice and partial payment.When you choose invoice as a payment method, you will receive your goods before you pay.You can then choose to pay the full amount right away or split the payment into smaller parts.The invoice is due within 30 days. Guarantee
You always have a 2-year warranty on new kayaks and 1 year on used kayaks from Långholmen kayak. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the product. The purchase receipt must be presented for the guarantee to apply. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. Notification of the case must be made within a reasonable time (maximum 2 months) after the error has been detected. If such notification is not made, even though the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, the buyer loses the right to invoke the warranty. The warranty does not apply if the product has been used in a use other than that for which the product is intended. The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or improperly, altered or cleaned using incorrect cleaning method or products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, marks or damage caused by impact or by accident. The warranty also does not apply to transport damage. The warranty applies to both new and used (demo-ex) kayaks and only in Sweden.

Cancellation period
When you shop at Långholmen kajak, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day your item has been delivered to your postal agent or at your home. If the contract concerns a custom-made good or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts to run from the date we have provided you with written information about this.

If you regret your purchase, it is important that you notify us in writing. The message must be sent to us at [email protected] In your message, your order number, as well as the goods to which the return applies, must be clearly stated

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The withdrawal period of 14 days has passed, or if the product has been damaged in connection with, for example, test paddling and can therefore no longer be considered to be in new condition.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy
You should return the products to us immediately or no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice. It is you as a customer who is responsible for return shipping, delivery and that the condition of the products is the same at the time of delivery. The returns should be sent as packages and not against cash on delivery. When returning a kayak, the cost amounts to about 1000 – 2000 SEK, depending on where in the country you live.

Långholmen kayak is responsible for the return cost if the goods are defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.

Refund Policy 
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid for the goods.The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of the date we received your return.

Personal data processing
In order to handle and deliver your order, we need to process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. You can read more about how we process your personal data under our privacy policy här.

Shipping
The delivery time is normally 3 - 5 days. If a product has an abnormal delivery time, it is specified at each product's description.

Unclaimed packages of PostNord are sent back to Långholmen kayak after 14 days.

Långholmen kayak uses DHL as a freight forwarder. Once your package has been registered with DHL, you will receive a link for the choice of delivery date. DHL delivers on weekdays, between 09:00-17:00. After you have confirmed pickup with DHL, the delivery agreement will become an agreement between DHL and you and DHL's delivery terms apply.For a shipment that, after notification, remains at the terminal, e.g. because you as a recipient do not receive the goods, DHL charges a fee per shipment and calendar day from day 4 after notification. This cost will be charged to you as a buyer afterwards.

Damaged goods and complaints
For deliveries with DHL
When you receive your kayak from the carrier, it is important that you immediately check that your product is not damaged or incorrect. If this is the case, do not accept the delivery but have the carrier return the kayak. In the unlikely event that you find that the product is damaged after delivery has taken place, you must complain the product to us at Långholmen kayak as of immediately. The easiest way to do this is to send an email with description and pictures to [email protected]Note! A complaint received by DHL later than 7 days after delivery is usually not accepted by DHL.

For deliveries with Post Nord
If your product is damaged or faulty, you must complain to us at Långholmen kayak within a reasonable time (14 days). The easiest way to do this is to send an email with description and pictures to [email protected].

On goods with manufacturing defects, you have 3 years' right of complaint under Swedish law.
