For winter swimming: Then we recommend going down a size. If you are not going to wear thick socks that take up space in the shoe, then you will do well with a size smaller than usual.

Other activities: If the idea is to use the shoe without socks or only with a thin sock, we recommend going down a size. If, on the other hand, the idea is to have thick socks and possibly something more (such as a drysuit), we recommend choosing your usual size instead.

Description:
A boot in neoprene from Havspaddeln that is suitable for all kinds of paddling but also other water activities such as sailing, jet skis etc. The shoe is made of wear-resistant and warming 5mm neoprene and the soles are made of thick rubber that can handle all types of surfaces and at the same time gives you good grip.

The shoes are relatively large in size. If you are going to use the shoes together with a dry suit, you can choose your "normal" shoe size.
