Our kayaks are delivered to your door to the address specified in your order. We at Långholmen kayak try to control the delivery date as much as we can, so that it suits your wishes. When your kayak has arrived at DHL's local terminal, you will be notified and can choose the day and time for delivery. DHL delivers Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 and you usually get 2-3 options to choose from. NOTE – to some postcodes, DHL only delivers a few days a week. For a shipment that remains at the terminal after notification, e.g. because you do not receive the goods, DHL charges a fee per shipment and calendar day from day 4 after notification. This cost will be charged to you as the buyer afterwards.
Det är viktigt att du bokar utkörning av leveransen inom 4 dagar från det att den kommer till terminalen. Om DHL inte får tag i dig eller försöker köra ut den utan att du är hemma så lämnas den på deras
terminal. Lämnas den längre än 4 dagar tillkommer en straffavgift som kan variera beroende på vilken terminal den ligger på. Efter 7 dagar skickas den tillbaka till oss vilket resulterar i ytterligare en avgift om 199kr plus en returfraktkostnad som beräknas utifrån storlek på leveransen och ort. Dessa kostnader kommer att dras från krediteringen av er beställning, alternativt debiteras er om ni vill ha produkten skickad igen.
When DHL delivers your kayak, it is important that you check the kayak carefully before accepting the delivery. In the event of any transport damage, these must be photographed and documented. It is also important that the driver takes pictures and carefully documents this before you approve the delivery in writing.
In cases where the delivery is approved of a shipping-damaged kayak without the damage being documented by the driver, Långholmen Kayak waives all responsibility for the damage.
It is important that after receipt you unpack the kayak immediately and check that there is no hidden transport damage. Transport damage can occur even if the packaging is intact.
To complain about transport damage, you send us a written complaint together with pictures, both with and without packaging. Complaints must be sent to info@langholmenkajak.se within 3 days of delivery receipt.
Shipments sent with PostNord will be delivered to an agent near you. Unclaimed packages are sent back to Långholmen Kayak after 7 days.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must report the product to us at Långholmen kayak within a reasonable time (14 days). The easiest way to do this is to send an email with a description and pictures to info@langholmenkajak.se.
En skriftlig reklamationsanmälan skall skickas till vår e-postadress, info@langholmenkajak.se inom 3 dagar från leveransmottagandet.
För att Reklamationen skall godkännas behöver den innehålla:
- Ditt namn eller ordernummer.
- Beskrivning av skadan.
- Bilder både med och utan emballage.
Vi tar därefter ärendet vidare med DHL eller Fedex och återkommer snarast med information om hur du skall få hjälp med ärendet.
