How to fit the footrest
1. First fit the SUP seat according to the seat's instructions.
2. Clip the footrest straps onto the sides of the seat with the carabiners.
3. Place the footrest in front of the seat and run the straps forward to the D-rings at the bow of the board.
4. Sit in the seat and adjust the footrest so your feet reach it with slightly bent knees.
5. Tighten the straps so the footrest stays in place.

With your feet against the footrest you get better balance and can use your whole body in each stroke, just like in a kayak.
