At Långholmen Kajak, you can order products through our channels: website, phone, and email. You are also welcome to visit our store/showroom at Hornsgatan 151 in Stockholm.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor, including 25% VAT. At checkout, you will see the total price, including all fees such as VAT, shipping, and payment options.

Payment

Payment is made using the selected payment method at checkout.

The payment methods are provided by Klarna, Google (G Pay), and Apple (Apple Pay).

To offer Klarna’s payment options, we may share your personal data, such as contact and order details, with Klarna at checkout, so they can assess whether you qualify for their payment options and tailor them for you. Your personal data is handled in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.

Card Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Union Pay. Your payment card will be charged immediately upon purchase.

Invoice & Partial Payment

In collaboration with Klarna, Långholmen Kajak offers both invoice and installment options. When you choose invoice as your payment method, you will receive your in-stock items before payment. You can choose to pay the full amount at once or split the payment into smaller parts. The invoice is due within 30 days. We will notify you of any delivery delays and assist you with the invoice.

Warranties

You always have a 2-year warranty on new plastic kayaks and a 1-year warranty on used kayaks and other products from Långholmen Kajak.

The warranty is valid from the original purchase date of the product. The purchase receipt must be presented for the warranty to be valid.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The issue must be reported within a reasonable time (max 2 months) after the defect is discovered. Failure to report within this time will void the warranty.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used in a way other than its intended purpose.

The warranty does not cover products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately or incorrectly, altered, or cleaned using incorrect methods or cleaning products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, marks, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Transport damage is also not covered.
