Right of Withdrawal

When shopping with us at Långholmen Kajak, you as a customer have a legally mandated 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day your item is delivered to your pick-up point or to your home.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, it is important to notify us in writing. The notification should be sent to info@langholmenkajak.se. Your order number and which items the return applies to must be clearly stated in your message.

You will then receive a confirmation from us with instructions on whether the return is approved and a return address.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

- The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- The item has been damaged during use, such as during a test paddle, and can no longer be considered in new condition.
- The item is lost in transit to us. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned to the correct address. Save the drop-off receipt to make a claim with the shipping company if necessary.

Returns

If you wish to return your item under the right of withdrawal, you need to do so immediately after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Långholmen Kajak does not cover the cost of returning an item under the right of withdrawal.

Returns must be sent as a package to our address, not as cash on delivery and not to a pick-up location.

The item must be packaged in a way that prevents damage during shipping. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring the product arrives undamaged; if not, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the shipping company.

If Långholmen Kajak deems that the item is no longer in new condition, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund or charge a fee for depreciation.

Refund Policy

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received your return.
