Playful SUP yoga on Söder's waters
Experience how your feet curiously explore both board and water. Floating on the board on the surface of the water means that you will constantly be in a smooth movement with a natural flow that grounds your body.

Location: Långholmen kayak
On the water, we breathe and flow together through different yoga positions, all at your individual level. You are also invited to find relaxation on the water where we let nature surround us and explore our inner self. This SUP-Yoga or so-called Board Yoga class gives you the opportunity to discover the fantastic properties of water in combination with yoga. It's not about moving your yoga practice onto the SUP board, but more about curiously exploring the interaction between the body and the board on the surface of the water. The less static you are in your body, mind and heart, the more flow, balance and calm you will experience on the board. The feedback is immediate. Your body will love to playfully explore both new and familiar yoga exercises floating on the board. No prior knowledge of either yoga, exercise or previous board experience is needed. The classes are held in both English and Swedish and do not focus on reaching perfect positions or pushing the body into various exercises, but rather on moving with joy and freedom.
For all SUP Yoga classes:
Level: All (No prior knowledge of yoga/exercise or prior board experience is required.)
The classes are held in both English and Swedish.
Number of participants: maximum 10 people, minimum 4 people.
Swimming skills are a requirement.
Maximum weight: 130 kg
Good things to bring with you:
Variety
Comfortable clothes to do yoga in or preferably a wetsuit.
A warmer sweater for relaxation depending on the weather.
Sunscreen, water bottle and sunglasses if needed.
