Bachelorette/Stag party with kayak or SUP paddling
Kayaking has become a very popular way to start your bachelor/bachelorette party. In the kayaks, the group can start the day in calm waters and in peaceful, idyllic surroundings and recharge with energy for the day's upcoming challenges.
At Långholmen kayak, you can rent stable kayaks that even the most inexperienced paddlers can sit safely in, and paddle around central Stockholm in cozy canals among wooden boats and sailboats.
At a bachelor/bachelorette party with kayaking, the group often meets a while before the agreed paddling time to receive equipment from our staff, as well as to take the "mandatory" group photo.
After a short safety briefing and some technical tips from our staff, you will be helped to get into the kayaks and to adjust the foot pedals.
You then paddle off on a route that is suitable for today's conditions. You will get advice on which route to choose on the spot (or check our suggestions here). Usually it will be a trip around Årsta holmar, alternatively around Långholmen and Reimersholme.
Some groups prefer to paddle Stand Up Paddleboards, which Långholmen kayak can also offer.

Find the right one & prepare yourself
All rentals start at Långholmen next to the Pålsund Canal. The nearest address is Alstaviksvägen 3, parking is available at Långholmen camping. The nearest subway is Hornstull and if you take a bus, you can go to Högalidsgatan (bus 4) or Bergsund beach (bus 54 & 66).
Be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare your equipment. Warm welcome!
