Långholmen Kajak offers tourists and Stockholmers the chance to be guided around central Stockholm in double kayaks for a few hours. Our experienced kayak guide (who speaks English and Swedish) tells you about the sights and history of interesting places along the way. No previous paddling experience is required. Our family-friendly tour is about 6 km, designed for beginners who want to get the most out of their experience. The tour takes about 2 hours. We start from Tantolunden and paddle around the old prison island of Långholmen, with views of Gamla stan (the Old Town), City Hall and Norr Mälarstrand. We then round Reimersholme with its former distillery and wool factory. Children under 12 are also welcome when accompanied by a parent.

All rentals start at Långholmen next to the Pålsund Canal. The nearest address is Alstaviksvägen 3, and parking is available at Långholmen camping. The nearest metro station is Hornstull, and if you take the bus you can go to Högalidsgatan (bus 4) or Bergsunds strand (buses 54 & 66).

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time to check in and prepare your equipment. A warm welcome!
