Guided kayak tour in Stockholm city
Getting to experience Stockholm from a kayak is usually the highlight of many tourists' stay in Stockholm. The water offers a slightly calmer and more idyllic perspective on an otherwise fast-paced city.
Highlights of the tour:
A unique guided tour of Stockholm
Långholmen Kayak offers tourists and Stockholmers the opportunity to be guided around central Stockholm in two-person kayaks for a few hours. Our experienced kayak guide (who speaks English and Swedish) tells us about sights and history around interesting places along the tour. No previous paddling experience is required. Our family-friendly tour is about 6 km, for beginners who want to get the most out of their experience. The trip takes about 2 hours. We start from Tantolunden and then make our way around the old prison island Långholmen, with views of the Old Town, the City Hall and Norr Mälarstrand. Then Reimersholme is rounded off with the former spirits and woolen factory. Children under the age of 12 are also welcome when accompanied by a parent.
