Hard-wearing, easy-to-use kayak paddle
The flat but slightly V-shaped blade makes the paddle easy to use while giving good control. This blade type, known as a flat-blade paddle, is the most popular and most traditional paddle model. The plastic blades are hard-wearing and withstand knocks and pressure, which is useful when you have just started paddling and sometimes want to lean on the paddle or push off from the shore.

Good grip and practical features
The kayak paddle has an oval grip on the right-hand side, so the paddle sits naturally in your hand. The shaft also has drip rings on each side that stop water from running down onto your hands and arms.

Adjustable angle
If you are a beginner and paddling for the first time, we recommend starting with a smaller angle (< 45°), either with no feather, i.e. 0°, or with the paddle's first twist setting. Once you have developed your paddling technique, or if you are a more experienced kayaker, you can paddle with a larger angle between the blades to reduce air resistance on the recovery.
