Each season, Långholmen Kayak has approx. 40 seasonal employees and 7 year-round employees who together work with kayak rentals, guided kayak tours, beginner courses, Eskimo flipping courses, school paddling, sales, logistics, administration and marketing.

Seasonal staff - kayak charterers
We are often in need of extra staff, i.e. happy, pleasant and strong young people who can step in on occasions when there is extra high pressure on the kayak rental (May-Sept). We are looking for initiative-taking and social people with a big heart for customer service. You want to take on a really physical job, you have no problem working under stress and you work well with others. Communicates in an educational manner and speaks fluent Swedish and English.
