The hybrid paddle is for those who want to switch between standing and sitting on their SUP. The package consists of two parts: the aluminium SUP paddle and the hybrid blade. With just the SUP paddle you paddle standing as usual. When you sit down, you remove the handle and fit the hybrid blade instead. You then have a kayak paddle with a blade at each end, which gives better control and more speed when sitting.

The paddle comes in three pieces and can be taken apart completely, so it fits in a bag. That makes it easy to take on your travels, in the car or in the backpack of an inflatable SUP.

Combine the hybrid paddle with our inflatable SUP seat (Universal), which fits all SUP boards. That turns your SUP into a sit-on kayak in a few minutes, and you can alternate between standing and sitting on longer trips. In choppier water you can sit down to get a lower centre of gravity.

How to turn the SUP paddle into a kayak paddle
1. Assemble the SUP paddle.
2. Open the lock by the handle and pull off the handle.
3. Push the hybrid blade's tube into the shaft until the lock clicks into the slot and the blade is secure.
4. Set the length, adjustable between 202 and 220 cm.

To paddle standing again, do the same in reverse order and put the handle back on.
